DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We request a deposit of £10 per person for parties of 7 & above no later than 7 days prior to reservation.
Deposits will be deducted from the bill on the day of the reservation and are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or changes to the number of guests within a 48 hour period before the time of your booking.
The continued service of Oeuf Cafe and our staff relies on reservations being honoured by our customers and adequate notice being given of any changes or cancellations. This includes changes of date, changes of time, and changes to the number of guests in your party.
Accordingly, the following will apply:
- For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 48 hours prior to the time of your booking. This is to ensure the restaurant does not incur any loss of revenue from turning away potential bookings and that we have enough space for your party when you arrive.
- Oeuf Cafe reserves the right to withhold entire deposits for any bookings changed or cancelled within this 48 hour period.
- Any deposited bookings which fail to turn up without any prior notice, will incur a charge of £10 per person from the deposit paid.
- Any deposited bookings which turn up with less people than booked for without any prior notice, will also incur a charge of £10 per person from the deposit paid.
